Refund policy

By purchasing from my website you agree to these policies: 

Returns & exchanges are not accepted.

Cancelations are not accepted. When an order is placed I make a supply order for your doll & they usually ship within a day/cannot be cancelled. 

Dolls sent with signature must be signed for. If you do not sign for your order & the dolls is returned to me, you will be charged for a new shipping label. You will not be refunded.

Dolls are bubble wrapped with a face shield & extra padding in their shipping box. Video is taken of each doll during packing. If the doll arrives damaged during shipping, please message me with photos of the damage. Video will be taken during the unboxing of the return to keep as record. A return will only be issued after a full inspection is done. 

Causing Intentional damage to the doll to file a chargeback/ to receive a refund will be reported & you will not be refunded.
