Refund policy

Cancelations, returns & exchanges are not accepted due to buyers remorse or change of mind.

Dolls are bubble wrapped with a face shield & extra padded in their shipping box. Video is taken of each doll during packing. If the doll arrives damaged during shipping, please message me with photos of the damage. You will be provided with a return label. Video will be taken during the unboxing of the return to keep as record. A return will only be issued after a full inspection is done. 

Causing Intentional damage to the doll to file a chargeback will be reported.
