Shipping policy

Commission doll/ made-to-order shipping: These dolls can take up to 12 weeks to be completed depending on when your order was placed, how many orders I’m currently working on & any supplies I had to order/wait for from overseas. Once complete I will ship within 2 business days, excluding holidays. 

Pre-made doll shipping: Dolls that are pre-made will ship within 2 business days, excluding holidays.
